By using the Application, you expressly relieve Endevor from any and all liability arising from any share functionality or your use of any third-party website accessed from the Application. Endevor encourages you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to any third-party website or service provider.

Endevor does not transfer data to third parties outside of its agents or vendors engaged by us to help us offer services or conduct our operations. Endevor will obtain assurances from its agents and vendors that they will safeguard personal information consistently with the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles and limit their use of the data to the specified services provided on our behalf. If Endevor has knowledge than an agent is using or disclosing personal information in a manner contrary to this Policy, Endevor will take reasonable steps to prevent or stop the use or disclosure. Under certain circumstances, Endevor may remain liable under the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles if the third-party agents that it engages to process personal information on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Shield principles.

The Application does not publish content that is targeted to children, and to ensure compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, Endevor does not collect any personal identifiable information from user under 13 years of age.

The notice will identify the categories of your Personal Information shared and include a list of names and addresses of third parties to whom Endevor has shared your Personal Information. Endevor is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
From time to time, Endevor may update this Policy. If we make any material changes, Endevor will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or may post notifications of updates to this Policy on the Website or Application. Changes made to this Policy will take effect immediately. If you do not agree to changes to this Policy, you must discontinue your use of the Application. Your access or use of the Application after such Policy changes constitutes your acceptance of such Policy changes.
